Before Sienna was devoured, before Lucas was consumed, they were all over each other . . .

Lucas Wolfe is used to getting what he wants—from everyone but one person, that is—so when he meets the wardrobe assistant hired to work his band’s newest video, he’s got to have her. From the moment Sienna first obediently whispers “Yes, Mr. Wolfe”, he knows she’s perfect for him.

Three days.

And he’ll have her stripped down and bound to his bed.

Set two years before the events of DEVOURED, ALL OVER YOU is the story of Sienna and Lucas’s first encounter.

My Thoughts:  All Over You is a short novella that introduces you to Lucas Wolfe and Sienna Jensen, telling you how they met, and covers the events that transpired two years prior to the novel Devoured.  It doesn't take very long to read, but I am so very glad that I was able to read this before I read Devoured.  It isn't necessary to read this first, but in my opinion, it gives you so much better understanding as to why things occur the way they do in Devoured and the history behind Sienna and Lucas' relationship, enabling you to connect with the characters and their story in a much deeper way.  It is hot and steamy.  I loved getting to know Sienna.  Lucas Wolfe is revealed in all his hotness, dominance, and yes, despite all this, he can be quite a jerk, though you do get some understanding about what has made him the way he is.  All Over You is a great novella and if you haven't read Devoured, I would definitely recommend reading this first.  If you have read Devoured, but haven't read All Over You, I think it would really be beneficial to go back and read it, as it provides so many answers to some things that transpire in Devoured that you otherwise wouldn't know.

“I need to devour you."
Those words manage to knock the air right back out of my lungs, and my head spinsas one of his hands skims around my body. He splays it across the small of my back, pulling me closer to him, and leaning over until his lips are a centimeter from my collarbone.
"Sienna?" he growls, and I murmur to acknowledge him.
"I'm going to taste you."
He wasn't asking me, he was flat out telling me what was going to happen between us, and yet I felt myself nod, felt my body mold against his the moment his warm lips sought out the center of my throat.
"You smell like apples." he wispers harshly before his tongue darts out to trace the column of my thorat. I moan, letting my head fall all the way back.
"And you taste like the best kind of sin.”

Sienna Jensen had no plans to return home when she graduated college last spring—after all, her dreams lie in California. But when she discovers her grandmother’s Nashville home has been foreclosed, and the new owner has started the eviction process, Sienna has no other choice but go back to Music City. And she comes face to face with the flawed, gorgeous man she never thought she’d see again. The man who now holds the deed to her grandma’s estate.

When millionaire rock star Lucas Wolfe finds the outspoken redhead glaring at him from across a courtroom, he’s both infuriated and intrigued. He still can't get the night Sienna almost spent with him out of his mind, and the chemistry between them is as undeniable as it was two years ago. He craves Sienna more than ever. And just like everything Lucas hungers for, he’s determined to have her.

Now, Lucas will do whatever it takes to lure Sienna into his bed, even if that means making a deal with her: ten days with him, playing by his rules, and he’ll hand over the deed to her grandmother’s home. Though she agrees to the arrangement, Sienna is conflicted. Because of her duty to her family. Because of promises she’s made to herself and a past that still haunts her. And as Lucas’s game of seduction continues, and Sienna is introduced to his dark, erotic world and even darker background, she realizes that at any moment, she could be devoured.

*This novel contains adult situations and content*

My Thoughts:  Sienna Jensen has managed to get a great job working in wardrobe on the set of a popular television series.  She has managed to put the event that caused her so much pain two years prior with Lucas Wolfe out of her mind, well almost, and she has moved forward with life and her career.  When she receives a call from her brother in Nashville telling her that her grandmother's home is in foreclosure and she is about to be evicted, the only thing Sienna can do is get on a plane and head to Nashville to help her grandmother, and find out what is going on.  Her boss gives her a couple of weeks off, but Sienna knows if she doesn't get back soon, there is a very good chance she could lose her job.  Her grandmother's home is anything but a little cabin in the woods, in fact, it is a mansion of a cabin, something her grandfather built for her grandmother years prior, and is very sentimental and important to her grandmother, as well as to Sienna.  When she arrives at the courtroom the last person she expects to see there is rock star Lucas Wolfe, who happens to be the cause of the pain inflicted upon her two years prior.  What is even worse, is that Lucas is the one who has bought her grandmother's home and is the one who is evicting her.  Needless to say, Sienna is infuriated.  At the same time, she hopes he doesn't recognize her, because she doesn't want to live through the humiliation again.  Lucas Wolfe remembers Sienna alright, he remembers her too well in fact, and he wants her now more than ever.  Lucas Wolfe is a man who he used to getting what he wants and he doesn't take no for an answer.  With the help of his sister Kylie, who I really liked, he meets with Sienna and makes her a proposition that is hard to refuse.  Spend 10 days with him, working for him, on his terms, and she gets the deed to her grandmother's house full and clear.  Reluctantly, Sienna finally accepts and agrees.

The next ten days prove to be something that neither Lucas nor Sienna will ever forget.  The chemistry and sexual tension between the two is undeniable, even though Lucas has promised her he won't touch her, until she begs him.  Sienna finds that he is very domineering and arrogant as a boss, and expects what he expects when and how he expects it.  She is determined to show him that she can do to job and that she can do it without falling prey to the animal magnetism she feels when she is near him, which proves to be a difficult task.  Lucas Wolfe is not an easy man to get along with.  In fact, he is an enigma.  He is sexy as sin and can melt you into a puddle with his eyes, his smile, his voice.....yet he can also be cold, arrogant, very, very domineering, and his words and actions have the power to cut like a knife if he so chooses to use them that way.  Over the ensuing days, Sienna begins to see another side of Lucas, and is surprised by some of the things she sees in him, some actual good things.  Lucas actually does and says somethings that really surprise her, and in fact, I think they surprise him also.  As Lucas and Sienna grow closer, things get more intense.Lucas still has many deep, dark secrets, secrets that only one person knows about, and that person and that secret have held him bound for years.  When the very thing he fears the most threatens the thing he has come to care so deeply is more than he is willing to bear.  Will he let her go and hurt her again, or will he finally face his own demons?

I enjoyed Devoured.  I loved Sienna.  Lucas, however, I kind of had a love/hate thing going on with.  I couldn't help but be attracted to his dark, bad boy, sexy side, yet he made me really mad when he went into his jerkdom mode.  The relationship between Sienna and Lucas was intense and the romance was hot, and I enjoyed the plot and pacing of the story.  As far as secondary characters, I really grew to love Lucas' sister Kylie.  She was great and I can't wait to start reading her story in Savor You.  We are introduced to the members of the band, as well as a few other characters, and to the one person I totally despised, Sam.  Emily Snow did a really good job of writing Sam's character in a way that she becomes one of those characters that you love to hate.  Devoured is steamy, sexy, and intense, with plenty of angst.  I was pleased with how the story ended, and I am really looking forward to seeing where Emily Snow takes these characters and their story in Consumed, which releases in September.  If you love hot romance and rock and roll, then Devoured is a story I would definitely recommend checking out.

“I've always wanted you. It's just took me awhile to tell the shit holding me back to fuck off”

“Google is your friend”

“Not really. But I'm a huge fan of your ass. I could write a song about your ass."
"You've never even seen it."
"Feeling is believing.”

“I know you're angry and I know that it'll take work, but I just want you to try. To give getting through my fuck-ups together a chance. I need to know that you can give a shit about me again.”

“But you're right-you are an idiot if you thought I ever stopped loving you . . . Mr. Wolfe”
