Tattoo artist Ronnie Clark is counting the days until Valentine's Day is over. Ronnie doesn't do romance. She doesn't do flowers or dates, and she sure as hell doesn't do love--not anymore. After her fiance cheated on her while deployed, she has vowed never to fall in love again, especially with a soldier.

Sergeant First Class Kale Emerson is home on his mid-tour leave from Iraq, but he can't wait to return to finish leading his soldiers on their mission. He's got no time for a relationship...but casual sex, that's a different story. And when he meets Ronnie, a snarky, gorgeous, take-no-prisoners kind of woman, a fast fling is all he can think about. But when Kale realizes he's met his match with a bombshell woman who is hell bent against love, will just sex be enough? And will winning her over both body and soul be the toughest battle he ever fought?

My Thoughts:  This is the first book I have read by Kelsie Leverich and it definitely won't be the last.  I absolutely loved it.  Ronnie Clark and Kale Emerson couldn't be more opposite, yet totally suited for one another.   Ronnie is a tattoo artist who is outspoken, strong-willed, and snarky.  She knows what she wants, is tough, and is quick to let you know what she thinks.  Kale Emerson doesn't do relationships, not because he doesn't believe in them, but because he doesn't have the time for the them.  When Kale walks into Ronnie's shop for a tattoo, not only is he surprised that she's a smoking hot woman, he decides he wants her, or at least wants to get her in his bed.  Ronnie is surprised by the way Kale makes her feel, though she is determined not to show it.  He's a "pretty boy" and the type of guy she never goes for.  After coming out of one bad relationship with a soldier, she wants nothing more to do with soldiers of any kind.  Kale somehow manages to get under her skin, but he's only on leave for a short time.  Their whirlwind romance takes them both by surprise, but Kale has to go back to Iraq, so there's no future for them, at least in Ronnie's mind, that is until tragedy forces her to face her feelings head-on and she has to decide if love is worth taking a chance on again.

The Valentine's Arrangement is hot, sexy, fun, and totally captivating.  I thoroughly enjoyed it and have quickly become a fan of Kelsie Leverich.  I love her writing style and she most certainly knows how to write romance.  If you are a fan of this genre, then this is an author you most definitely will want to get acquainted with and her Hard Feelings Series is something you want want to miss.
“Isn't that what most everyone wants? To be loved by someone so fiercely that you hold their world in your hands, that you were the one to keep it safe.”

“You can stop mind fucking me now ." Kale's Eyes Came close to popping out of his head. "Excuse me ?"
Ronnie rolled her eyes . "Let's get this straight, soldier. I'm not sleeping with you. You can get it out of your pretty little head, and I suggest you do so before I stick a needle to your skin.”

“Kale Emerson?” Ronnie said, scanning the waiting room. There were only two people there, one was Harold’s intern who was waiting to do his nightly bitch work, and the other one was a fuckingly handsome Captain America impersonator.”

B&WKelsie Leverich grew up in the small town of St. Joseph Illinois before getting married and following her husband from one Army post to another.  After eight years, they finally settled down in Avon, Indiana with two adorable knuckleheads that are better known as her kids.  Kelsie's life revolves around her family (to include two dogs and a cat) and most of the time, actually all of the time, it’s a crazy mess—but that’s the way she loves it!  When Kelsie’s not writing, you can usually find her snuggling on the couch with her kids and a good book or out on the lake with family and friends.  Kelsie is not a morning person, has a soft spot for animals, loves musicals, hates seafood, and thinks laundry is the source of all evil.

  7. That said, the ever-snarky but talented gucci replica Clint Jun Gamboa was chanel replica totally solid, and James Durbin, playing the role of Adam replica handbags Lambert this year, sang like a fake-wannabe-rocker, but one with a four octave range hermes outlet, so he safe.

Those three aren going anywhere, and, I think that fendi outlet Scotty McCreery, aka Throat isn going away either. His shucks thing coupled with his classic country/heartland rolex submariner replica appeal should allow him to skate through at least 3 more weeks, while barely breaking a sweat gucci replica (Remember Bucky Covington?)
